Yeah congrats man! but please tell us why you picked the Chally over the Camaro? they are about the same price once you put the 6speed standard into the car.

well I think the Camaro is actually a little cheaper. I priced out a 1ss with roof and 20's and it was about 4 K cheaper. Anyways I have always been a fan of american muscle especially Camaro/trans am and Charger/Challenger. Wanted a 70 Chally for ever. Love the look of them. Then the new ones came out and I fell in love. So a black one fully loaded other than Navigation came in. Took it for a ride and that was that. My stang would walk this car I know its not the fastest. Although my stang was done up a bit. The camaro will absolutely rap the stang and chally im sure. Dodge di a real nice job with this car. It's heavy but let me tell you it gets up and goes with a 6 spd and the 3.92 gears. Won't take much to push it to 400 hp either. A good tune and cold air kit should just about do it. I guess seeing the car and being able to drive it sold me. Only seeing Vids and pics of the SS was nice but ...well here I am. lol . Another thing was after reading a article the other day about the cut off build time for the chally was pushed ahead for early cut off till they get together and restructure. Said the 8 people involved in it are not performance minded and want that out and hybrid & economical cars in. If they cancel the chally soon well the 6 spd is gonna be worth a pretty penny. They all will for tat matter. Anyways maybe one day life will afford me the opportunity to have both . I am rooting for ya all and hope nothing stops the Camaro from being built . Can't wait to have one pull up at lights and smoke me. Cheers

Congrats and well said, as long as its domestic and it muscle, im all for it. Would love to see what you do with it. The Chally is really a nice car. Give it 20-25 years and your challenger will be an amazing collectable, especially when its all electric out there. i Want to get my hands on a ls9 crate engine as soon as possible so i can drop it in later. Congrats on the Chally, post pics

It doesn't get too bad in Winterpeg does it? Besides, the Challenger has traction control, and its is always on.

Haha. Ya winter is real mellow here. NOT! lol. The car actually performs great in the snow and ice. But I don't want the salt and sand from the trucks messing with it or someone sliding into me . Gonna drive it till sunday then put her on the hoist and hose it all down underneath and everywhere I can. Might through a diamond kote rust protecter on it to just for good measure.

She looks gorgous. I really like the chally in black. Congrats! Make sure you post more pics. Can't wait to role next to one in my cammy, and then roar past little ricers. Domestics are back! Will my LT2, be able to take the traction control off or is that SS only?

That fuel filler cap looks great, i wish GM made a bigger focus on the gas cap, but atleast they did everything 100% right, we know the reasons why they couldnt go through with thet filler up top, but imagine there were no problems, it would be so unique and beautifull... Few more monthes and we'll all be able to post our pics..
