the system may not have updated from the 4300 status and the car

I contacted GM Customer Care trying to resolve the HOLD the dealer told me about and received the following reply:
"I looked up your order information and did notice your vehicle in the process of intermediate delivery from Whitby, ON to Oshawa, ON as of April 16, then bayed on the same day before being placed on "hold." No other updates are available at the moment. The order does not specify why the hold was placed."

So, it looks like it came back from the hood wrap on the 16th and went to bayed status then hold.

Do you see any change in order QWTWMB?

Becky. Here is the order info from the 13th? When I called Chevrolet they has a dealer arrival on the 20th. Which is the railcar # so I can call and find out where exactly it is?
