Everyone planning to attend the rally in March who who like to do the charity cruise on Friday. Please let us know in the thread if you are currently registered. If not registered yet, you will need to register first then we can add you to the cruise if desired.
The cruise is limited to 75 so get in before it's full if you want to do it. See you all there. |

FYI Just spoke to one of the operators of PBIR. They will be checking your brakes, tires, cracks on windows, lights, decals. Several other things but according to her if your 13.99 or Quicker, you will need a helmet!
Were all looking forward to seeing you guys at the meet from Camaro5muscle~

They definitely enforce the helmet regs at PBIR. Also jeans or long pants; no shorts.

Been awhile since I posted here but there has been some progress with the Camaro. Got the engine pulled out yesterday and found the problem. Spun #6 rod bearing. If everything goes as planned I should be up and running after the first of the year.
![]() ![]() ![]() Here is the issue. One half of the rod bearing spun over the other half. I took the cap off the rod and this is what I found. ![]() Redid the engine bay area in flat black. ![]()

Just a reminder- TODAY is the PBIR event for anyone wishing to attend...
Looks like it's defiitely Seth, Rene and I, plus our vert brother from WPB... Forcast looks decent; light showers passing thru Jupiter this morning, then mostly clear rest of day. There is the ever present chance of Florida showers all day, but looks promising so far. Ill be leaving PSL around 11:15, plan to make it to PBIR by 11:50ish... show registration ends at 12:30. Cars gonna be running the track all day, strip opens in 15 minutes....
