I wonder if anyone checked with MTI Racing. This event looks to be the same weekend MTI Racing traditionally hosts the 1.4 mile road course event at the Talladega Grand Prix. They have hosted this event in 2009 and 2010 for C5 Camaro's.

I think the MTI event was on a Sunday last year.

they are doing it at savannah this year, I think they know about this event as well

We did check around, but could find no confirmation of their date for this year. As mentioned, it was on a Sunday last year, so those who wanted to "make a weekend" of it could certainly do both. Unfortunately, as hard as we try not to overlap big events, it does sometimes happen, and this was the only weekend available at SGMP around that time period.

i think most camaro5 people will want to hang with other camaro5 people and put faces to cars and names...where not track die hard fans, more of camaro5 fans and socialize afterwards...imo..but might have some grudge matches goin on,, with some jeneatty guys and louisanna guys...beat down..
