I've been looking at this thread on and off but haven't seen it in a while. I didn't realize you got so far. Well done Ofer! I will definitely be doing this to my car. Hopefully I'll get to meet you at SEMA.

OK stencil is cut to size and am going to cut in to the dash will post some pic soon, Dont know if it will get done today or not but will see.

I will post pics in the AM battery is dead in camera The templet is fine but i see i need some more parts, There are 5 bolts that hold up the HUD and there are, I don't know the name of them but its what the bolts thread into and there not there right now but all you do is push them in to the Dash so i need that, Its some work to find a way with out removing the dash, Still working on that but will work out.

Ok some pics, The pic you don't get is where the clips go that i do not have and do not know the part # for put will get the number today.

That's the clips that hold the HUD in place. So the tabs are there in your old Dash but not the clips, It my ad $15

to the build, That dos it its to much cash i think i will stop.

So you know i have to go to work today and will be out till the end of the day.

ofer after looking at the pics it looks like a body clip if you go to your local parts supply they should have it hanging on the rack. they typically use them on lower dash panels screwing through plastic

^^ I used to sell those clips at ACE hardware back in the day, most hardware stores should carry them (if they are in fact the ones we need)
