Not your fault at all. I bled the entire system so I had FRESH, CLEAR fluid coming out of all bleeders. I even cycled it through the clutch system so I have all new fluid everywhere.

LS3 folks: After 17,000 miles in 18 months my brake fluid was BLACK and GROSS. I will take a comparison picture soon of what came out and what new looks like. I suggest if you have an LS3 and are nearing the 20K mark to check it and maybe do a full system flush. It took me 4 bottles of fluid. I used WilWood 570* fluid from MTI.

This is a GREAT mod day job. It takes about a half hour to an hour and a couple people. I had 3. Me, my wife and Drew. Simple job! It would also be a great time to do it if your thinking of changing to stainless lines. I'd say an hour total to change lines and flush system.

Clear Bra in Cincinnati(ish) area

Who all has a clear bra installed? Does anyone know of a reputable installer in the Cincinnati area? Preferrably Venture Shield film?

Thank you!

I'd like to flush my brake/clutch fluid. One of these days after it warms up I'll get to it.

Anyone else near Cleveland area?

We have a group of 30+ Local 5th Gen owners who meet at on a regular basis :-)
We are currently working on forming a more "official" club but in reality we are just a close group of friends. We attend shows, dinners, cruise ins you name it!! Our enthusiasts age range varies from 20 to mid 70's and come from all over as far as Columbus.
Lots of new ideas for this season so if anyone is interested please let me know
it would be great to have you join us!

I just started a reservoir conversion. Move the clutch to its own separate reservoir from a GTO. Its in place, just need to reroute the hoses and change the fluid.

I spoke with MTI about that and they claim its totally useless. I tend to agree with them. Randy has a resivior from a GTO he said I could have but eh... If I have to flush the fluid once every 15K, I am ok with that! Its easy and cheap.

Personal choice I guess. Well this way I can change the clutch fluid without having to change the brake fluid as well.
