LS3 folks: After 17,000 miles in 18 months my brake fluid was BLACK and GROSS. I will take a comparison picture soon of what came out and what new looks like. I suggest if you have an LS3 and are nearing the 20K mark to check it and maybe do a full system flush. It took me 4 bottles of fluid. I used WilWood 570* fluid from MTI. This is a GREAT mod day job. It takes about a half hour to an hour and a couple people. I had 3. Me, my wife and Drew. Simple job! It would also be a great time to do it if your thinking of changing to stainless lines. I'd say an hour total to change lines and flush system. Quote:

Who all has a clear bra installed? Does anyone know of a reputable installer in the Cincinnati area? Preferrably Venture Shield film?
Thank you!

I spoke with MTI about that and they claim its totally useless. I tend to agree with them. Randy has a resivior from a GTO he said I could have but eh... If I have to flush the fluid once every 15K, I am ok with that! Its easy and cheap.

Personal choice I guess. Well this way I can change the clutch fluid without having to change the brake fluid as well.
