Good old late 90s Ford 'QUALITY!'.. Just wait for the door latch to fail right after the tumbler fails. Christine did that ass backwards (handle then tumbler) and everything else too.

Thank god for Pontiacs.. though I fear I may have some abnormal clutch chatter going on.

WD40 is almost as universally useful as duct tape.

Had the ride out today for the first time since putting her up in the fall. Dusty but running like a champ. Stop by a new auto body shop to talk some custom work... may be unveiling a new look before long... Can't wait till summer!

I'm also considering some changes... trying to find a good local paint shop.

Which shop are you going to use, 1 RD JEWL?

I can recommend lane and Kenny Body shop in Columbus. The owner and my grandpa go back 30 or so years. His shop repainted my front bumper for me and did a great job.

TLSTWIN is trying to organize another Mid Ohio track day. These are real drives around the track not parade laps. Post in his thread if you are interested.

ME TOO! I had it out Sunday and yesterday! Looking forwardto seeing everyones rides soon!

Paul, we need to talk brakes. My brakes are TOTALLY SILENT. I have the Hawk pads, SS lines and brakeperformance slotted rotors... not sure why yours are squeeking. Heinz said you may have left out the shim... Is that the case?

Did you go with Hawk ceramic pads or other Hawk pads? I believe Paul and me have ceramic pads. I get a little squeak which I believe is due to either only using the lube that came with new pads instead of adding some aftermarket lube or the stock rotors.

I have Hawk ceramic pads and I don't have a problem with squeaking. I have the same brand of rotors as Paul.

OK, none of the pads on MTI (Hawk) say anything about ceramic. WTF do you guys/gals have?

They offer 3 types:

RACE ONLY
HPS - street
HP Plus - seems to be a racing/street pad for autocrossing on a repeated basis.
