Yes it can take that long to get to AZ. The railcar
will need to be loaded with others headed in the
same direction and then it will make several stops
before it reaches your area. Could be sooner, but
I think 3 weeks is realistic.

The Chevy site defaults to a shipped/en route as
soon as the car is built. Currently I show 4300 status -
you may want to have your dealer contact the GM
Dealer Business Center to find out exactly where it's
at

I just wanted to thank you for all the times you put up with me and all the other members on here. I would have gone crazy without your updates! My dealer gave me a rail car # this morning, so I will be leaving you alone for a while LOL My last question is.... do you know how often the automated system updates to track the rail car? is it real time or just "once a day" thing

According to news story seen on CATV this past summer Oshawa is building over 1100 cars per day (3 shifts), Camaro, Impala, Regal, XTS so thats a lots of logistics to move out 5,500+ cars a week.
