The rear of the SS is holding up to the extra power that many have thrown at it, ie. superchargers. I think the 1LE rear is substantial enough. I don't want the extra cost or weight unless absolutely necessary. |

Does this mean the UTE is on it the way to the US and we are going to get a station wagon too? I do like the idea of an LS7 factory option in the Camaro, they can call it what ever they want. Last edited by Dr.Spike; 12-24-2012 at 12:56 PM. Reason: Spelling |

I did however forget all about the Canadian LT4 SS's,probably because most magazines don't mention anything about them for whatever reason

It is a very respectable engine, especially in the lighter weight '96 Corvette.

I kind of hope it is like the motor trend concept picture or the design picture of the Z28 when GM was first introducing the 5th gen. A mix between the SS and ZL1.

Traded mine for a 5th gen after owning it for a decade. I had ALOT of fun in that car. LT headers, 4:10 gears and a hotcam helped too. 116mph trap speeds with that tiny cam was pretty good I thought. I just want my SS to trap at the same mph or higher.
