For me my rule is stick to 10%, so $100 in, $110 out. EVEN if the stock looks like it's going to keep rising, don't get tempted. Keep your ten bucks. So eventually when you put a grand in, you get a 100 back and so forth. Stick to what you know and use common sense. i like video games quite a bit, so I know what games are highly anticipated and which ones do well. I invested in take two games and Activision, makers of Borderlands and CoD. For common sense things, airline stocks go up after holidays and decline during flat seasons, that kind of stuff. And make sure to watch the highs and lows, if you see a company that fluctuates between it's highs and lows (like NVIDIA) buy low, don't fret if it goes a little lower afterwards because it will eventually go back up. That said, do pay attention to the news related to your company to make sure it's downward movement is normal.

I like video games too lol love playing me some black ops 2!

That's actually some really good advice, I do notice that a lot of people who lose big on the stock market is just because they're being really greedy.

Exactly, I can say Apple was an exception. I bought it at like 550 (one share, lol) but sold it at 660 and even though it went up to 700, a lot of people lost money because after it announced the iphone 5 it started going back down and is now around 440. I regret not having gone with Google which still in the 700's.

What would y'all think of shorties plus HF cats. Or would it cost about the same as bbk LT's?

It really depends on what shorties and who's hf cats you're going with. Some might be more expensive than long tubes and others might not

There's a guy selling a set of solo high flow cats right now in the classifieds section. They're only the cats themselves if not I would have taken them but if you're going to piece something together they seem like a good idea

Did you install them yourself? Did you notice a lot of gains with them?

Wow that's a good price. I was leaning to the 304 stainless but if the ceramic ones have good durability then I'll get those.

Yes, if you follow rcatman's install it'll be a breeze, and being a m6 (if that makes any difference) I can spin the tires so much easier and I can feel the increase in torque and horsepower honestly. Gives you a meaner sound too

I would recommend the ceramic ones, because they keep the temperatures down in the engine bay versus 304 ss and they almost look like chrome..

I would do the ceramic to keep temps down. If youre really worried about rust then okay do the stainless but the ceramic keep temps down and look better too
