As of 10-11-09, 1:00AM, I'm "Has been placed at customer location, Chicago Heights, IL on UP." I sure hope it gets on a truck and makes the drive up north tomorrow.

This is definitely the week for me, car is sitting at the rail yard waiting for a truck...

Yay SAX!! That is very cool. They have to get it out of there within three days, so you are just about there. Sorry we've been so quiet, we been out driving it all weekend! AMAZING CAR. I promise, it's worth the wait.

Lol no worries...i'd be doing the same thing if i were you guys. I've given my dealer 3 numbers to call just incase he can't reach me on one of them

Well my dealer is actually Rodgers Chevrolet in Woodhaven, MI and it's being drop shipped to Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights, MD. I dealt with Becky Doyle at Rodgers Chevrolet and she has been great throughout this whole process. I ordered it on Sept. 1st and it's now sitting at the rail yard in Jessup, MD waiting for a truck. Becky had allocation, sold me the car for MSRP and gave me all the discounts that I qualified for. I highly recommend her.

Mine is real close. My rail car was "Has been placed at customer location, Chicago Heights, IL on 10-11-09 at 1:00 AM. Just waiting for the short truck ride up north to my dealer. I sure hope it goes today. Gonna go over the the dealer now and ask for an update and Workbench History printout.

Just got back from the dealer and picked up my order history showing all the event codes. Pretty cool thing to have. They're expecting my Camaro today. I'm on pins and needles.............

Sax, who is your dealer? I called auto system Saturday, they said train in Cumberland, rail car empty.Emailed dealer (Dudley Martin/Manassas) yesterday, he replied back this morning "it is 11am, your car is being offloaded the truck as we speak"! He said eight weeks, eight weeks to the day! Only issue is he says it wont be ready until tomrrow morning, which is fine b/c I have too many commitments today and cant get out there to get it.

Pohanka Chevy is my dealer...just got the call so i'm outta here to get it. Can't wait another minute.
