For me this has been a long week. I know tomorrow is Thrusday but I feel like time is going slow as far as the car part lol.. Ugh! I know be positive right lol.. I am just not a patient person at times

If that timing is right we should be seeing VIN's on tomorrow's update at the latest. I would think about 3 days or so to build, based on the link, so anybody that received 3400 early last week should be rolling off the line today. That's good news.

I went 3400 last wednesday. And it was produced and ready to be shipped one week later to the day.

Aghhhhh! the suspense is killing me.
It looks like they are really starting to get caught up on the ones ordered. I had initially ordered from a dealer close to home and switched to another one close to my parent's house. My boss had also ordered from the same dealer a few weeks after me. I was around 17th on their list and he was 20 something. Just this week he moved up to 3rd on their list.
It still pisses him off that he turned me on to the new Camaro and I'll have my car before him.

Be patient my friends.

If you check the dozens and dozens of updates that The Viz did this evening, with the exception of one, every new VIN that he reported was a TPW from 9/21.

I'm sayin that most, if not all, of us 9/28ers will not see out VINS until mid-week next week.

With that said, I am still expecing my Camaro to roll off the truck here in Michigan the later part of the week of Oct 12.

Although my car is a 9/28 TPW, my wife's was a 9/21. She didn't find out until this past Monday 9/28. We promptly entered her vin in the http://camarotracking.com/ site. The next day it showed her status as In Transit.

She's not complaining at all. But it seems like there must be some delay in how these things are reported. I called the 1-800 number to track her rail car and as of today it had made it to somewhere in Indiana. (I couldn't understand the electronic male voice.)

In other words, we didn't get her VIN until Monday. Yet, by today, Wednesday 1pm, he car is in Indiana. If you zoom way out on Google Maps, it doesn't look too far from Indiana to Oklahoma!

Anyway, for those of us who probably won't get our VINs until Monday or Tuesday of next week, maybe we'll get lucky and it will already be In Transit when we get our numbers.

I counted 14 vins for 9/28. That was Tuesdays production what was posted today, we still got 4 days left in the week...over 1600 cars will be built....including ours. We gotta be more positive, I get extreamly pumped at times, then down in the dumps other times. Think I might have post partnumber depression or what ever it is.

Looks like only one person on 9/21 with no vin yet, but probably a reporting error. One guy, BullettSS has already got his car....tpw 9/21......now thats what I'm talkin bout!

Grats to all the new vin peeps. That is really good news.
Yes for those who are still waiting for ours we do need to be positive. Its really a tough I do admit and it's on my mind all the dam time. Our first sign of fall hit today. went from the 80s to 40s and been raining all day and the snow line is about a quarter of the way down the mountains. I know it will warm up again for a few weeks but give it another month and it will start to be pretty darn cold. I just hope I can enjoy my baby a few days before she gets stored for the snow flys. Have a good night and lets cross our fingers.

our first vin posted on 9-28 was tpw 9-28 and got VIN on wednesday of51341(congrats). NNMX6C was 9-21 tpw and got vin same day of 51401. earlier tpw but higher VIN. what gives?
and yes, i do have to much time on my hands.
