it would be considered 4200 Status....

Chevrolet Tracking (Status 4300) changed on 3/25/14 for Order #RQCTZH(TN) VIN # 2G1FT1EW5E9282243 from Production Complete to Shipped/En Route. Dealer has all paper work (I have copy) which says it was shipped 03/21/14 and projected delivery date is 04/03/14. It is 04/10/14 and car has not been delivered. Is over 20 days for shipping or over 7 days beyond projected delivery date normal?

P.S. I guest I'm being impatient, but this is the 12th new Chevrolet (7th Camaro) I have ordered and it never took shipping this long before.

Hi Gerry!

The Chevy tracking site includes 4300, 4B00 & 4200 as part of shipping...

I see a more in depth view.
The Invoice has the dates you are referencing...
they are computer generated at time of invoice. ...
and meant to be a guide / target for shipping and I/T exp.

It does not take in account, any changes, that may occur after the day of invoice...IE rail cars..logistics or any delay that may be occur.



As of today...
4200 Status - Shipped...

It is now on the way...

Right there with you! What blows my mind is multiple 1LEs appear to have shipped this week (I say multiple but that may only be 2-3). I didn't hear of anyone else having a TPW earlier than mine (3/3) and it was built on 3/7 so I doubt any of these were built earlier than mine. Also, mine is a sold order as of 10 days ago, which I'm told marks my car as 'hot' for shipping...Apparently that is BS! My frustration is growing exponentially with each day! I'm going to go watch SSMY1LE's 14 sec NPP exhaust video, on a loop, daydreaming that is me tormenting my neighbors!

Aww man, I know!! It sounds like you've got it even worse than me if yours was completed 10 days earlier.. Mine is supposed to be a hot order too but I think that the shipping process and procedures are extremely unorganized.. I think I may have to check that out as well.. Just to keep the hope, haha
