Maybe somebody can help me out here. I ordered this14- 2LT/RS vert on 4/14 and it's still at 1100, Becky tells me that starting next week 15's are being built and yet a couple of owners here have TPW's in June for 14's, I'm confused.

Hi Becky,
Dose my dealer have access to the same information you do? Spoke to them again and was told not to worry, the car has been ordered and that's all the info they have. Sorry to bother you with this but I would hate to settle with a dealer trade and not get the options I want. Thanks again. Eric, P.S. CA.

The answer is yes they do. They can look it up in the system and see each day when your status (event history) changes from 1100. Some do this and some are just lazy or don't know how I guess. You need to ask to see the GM Global Connect (Order Workbench). Also ask for a copy of your order form, though can see the Priority on this (1-99). I hope this helps. I'm not the most experienced person on these forums so others are welcome to chime in......

Picked up my 2014 Special Edition at the dealership. I was geeked when I arrived only to get disappointed when I saw that the front splitter was not installed. It was inside the car. When I asked the dealer why it wasn't installed he wanted to know where it was. I pointed to it inside the car. I guess they didn't see it when doing the dealer prep. They washed it, but didn't vacuum nor installed the mats, which were in the trunk. Can't get the feeling back. What a disappointment. I guess 50K doesn't buy much service...
