Is there any flexible line on the fuel system that would expand with pressure? Metal braided line would hold the pressure better.

Jeff is doing some checking but we are all on the same thinking lines. The SUV pump still may be an option we may find out by Friday!

quick question? is the FUEL Pump the problem? why not upgrade the fuel pump? walbro 255?

First you have to find out what the OE pump puts out in GPMs before you can upgrade it. The direct injection uses stratuspheric nozzle pressures so the supply pump may be actually higher rated as is.

Sure hope it doesn't require going into the tank! That'll be a PITA!

What IATs were you getting out of the intercooler so far?
