I don't know how they do things, but it's possible it was held before it went out to get stripes vs after coming back from stiping... and now it's off hold and getting stripes. Let's just hope it's on a train today or tomorrow after getting finished up.

Hasn't updated again yet. I would be shocked if it has not arrived yet though, as I could have walked from the Detroit interchange to New Boston by now.
