Registration:
Attendance - Please email buyersandbuildersregister@gmail.com with the following information: Your name, # of people attending, year and model of car(s) attending, # of people attending the buffet. You MUST send the email to be registered; If you just post here you are not yet registered. Note this is NOT the hotel reservations (you must make your own reservations)

Cost – There is NO ENTRANCE FEE to attend this event; Similar to last year we will be accepting donations to help cover the costs we do have;

Group Buffet Dinner – The group buffet dinner is the only exception to the above point. The cost per person for the buffet dinner is $35 and must be paid in advance. Details will be sent via email reply to registration.

Already mentioned - there will be door prizes and some other prizes raffled off during the event. Details being worked out.

Martinrea Friday - For anyone who is running late Friday (especially those coming from the West) you may wish to come directly to Martinrea as they are located approximately 25 mins west of the hotel. Their address is 650 Finley Ave, Ajax, Ontario. We will be at Martinrea until roughly 4:30pm. Trust me, you want to be there and you want to convoy back with us

REMINDER - The Group Dinner is now FRIDAY night. For those who have sent in payment for your dinner - thank you. For those who have not - don't make me dispatch the black suburbans

Hotel Parking Lot - A section of the hotel parking lot will be reserved for us. Security personnel will be monitoring the parking lot Thursday, Friday and Saturday night

Thank goodness for that! Can't have people messing with my 2006 Silverado or Scottys Vibe!!

Hi Barb - I don't think I have you on my registered list. Once you register you receive a confirmation email that contains information on how to pay for dinner.
Now that being said, you just made be realize that some local people who are planning to attend only part of the weekend may not have officially registered. Hence they would not have gotten the dinner information. So...... if you have not done so already, please send an email to buyersandbuildersregister@gmail.com . You will get a confirmation email back which will include dinner information. I prefer to do it this way so we are not posting the information on-line here.

Any other questions - just ask!

Actually - I was thinking we would use Scotty's car as "blocker car" to keep others away and Anna's for the security guard to sit in all night and eat doughnuts.

Seriously though - The same area will be reserved for us this year and it will be expanded to the east as necessary. As mentioned previously, the lot will be monitored by an on-site security guard each night during the event.

Event Update

Small update for today. Our friends at Hugger Covers have said they plan to come out Saturday to enjoy the events with us. And they'll be bringing some goodies for the prize table
