All order status requests in here (up to status 3800). List of Order Status C...

Becky can you please check on RSBPHD in CA again for me please? It shipped last Monday but still no whereabouts from my dealer. Any info of its location would help. Thank you

On my end it just shows 4200-shipped. If you dealer
can get you the railcar# we have a phone # you can
call an automated system to track it.

I hate to repost stuff, but I just wanted to verify that this works great. I was able to get my railcar number.

Also, (although it's probably posted somewhere in this thread, but just in case you're like me and too lazy to search for it) you can track CSX by calling the following number:

1 (877) 744-7279
Option 5 then 3.

You'll be asked to speak the initials of the car (first letters), then the number. It will then tell you the last known location.

I was afraid of running into the same situation but I had paid for mine before the bulletin came out and apparently my "small town dealer" was not aware. I got lucky. Hopefully they will resolve your situation quickly

Hello Becky.... could you please check on my order RTNM2H (Ma.)? My salesman says 8 weeks (it's been like 6). 1st time you checked for me I think it was 1100 (accepted).

I wonder how the recall will effect new builds?

Still 1100 status and being that this order
is a 2014, it's not going to get built at this
point. The only orders being accepted at
for 2015 models. You'll need to contact your
dealer to find out what the next step will be.

As for the recall, I'm sure new production will
have the updated key and fobs.

Becky can u please do a check on my order RSRSNT from PA. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but I have no idea what is going on. Last I heard it was on its way to jersey.
