I'm looking for a great ophthalmologist for wavefront-guided lasik in the Dayton, Cincinnati or Columbus areas. Can anyone either recommend a surgeon or warn me of places to stay away from?

I went by Stahl Vision in Dayton this evening. I might check out Laser Plus.

I had a friend who had that surgery done. He had great results. I'll see if I can find out where he went.

I had lasik done at LasikPlus in Kenwood about 5 years ago. Well worth it. Had a good experience with them. Was 20/20 in both eyes the next day - went from something like 20/240 in both.

My left eye took a little longer to heal up and I still have some insignificant issues where the vision isn't crystal clear all the time in it, but for the most part, I don't even notice unless I'm thinking about it.

I keep my alarm clock across the room so I can't hit the snooze button without even realizing it. It's so nice to be able to wake up and see it clearly.

Have a couple guys from work who have gone to Stall and they all had good things to say. And I can also add in I have never been called there for a medical problem, and I have at some other "eye" places.

My wife and I both had lasik at Bloomberg Eye Center in Newark. Both surgeries went great and the results are awesome. They have an office in Columbus as well.

Well, time to get the rear tires replaced. I have some life left on them however I found a staple in one rear tire and a wire in the other rear tire when I was changing the brakes yesterday. Well, the rims should be in soon, I HOPE!!!!, so I might as well get some new rear tires on the back as while I am at it. The rims are 10" wide. What do you all recommend? I know there are all kinds of posts about this kind of stuff but I like to ask the locals! Ha ha. Thanks in advance!

I'm Clear Bra'd

I had my Venture Shield Clear Bra installed today. So far, I'm happy with results. We'll see how the bubbles settle over the next few weeks. The seam is difficult to detect. Can't wait to see it in the sun.

If anyone in the Cincinnati area is looking for Venture Shield, here is your guy (and gal).http://www.invizashield.com

I did front bumper, partial hood and fenders, mirrors, and had some custom pieces done for the gills.

My girlfriend went to Midwest Eye Center in Cincinnati for lasik surgery.

She always tells me that is the best thing she has ever done for herself.
