I will have one. I am thinking I mount it to the diagonal behind the Passenger seat. It will be low, but visible, and I should be able to get to it easily while I am seated. If not there, it will go on one of the horizontal bars behind the seats.
The bottles are usually red. I suggest you match the cage to the bottle.

Here are a few pictures I found for painted roll cages.

I want the cage it to stand out rather than being hidden. Safety Yellow would work (Thanks PAUL) But not what I was thinking.. LOL

The top Picture (Camaro SSX Concept car) is closer to what I am thinking for a color.

Middle picture shows a bright cage on a dark interior - the effect I want, just not so bright.

Bottom pic is purple color - that would be somewhat similar if I went body color with RJT..

What Color is Pedders Red?

Nice work!
My vote goes for a cyber grey roll cage.

Actually, I'm just trying to catch up to Paul2010...

He installed his roll cage quite a while ago...
Now where did I put the $$$ for that bigger engine I need? LOL

Just have one of your spare Pedders parts "read" at Lowes or Home Depot paint department. Thay can give you the formula and a pint of highgloss enamel. Take the formula to your painter he can them suplictae the color.

Sorry Pete, had to help him out.

I'll just tell the Auto body shop to match the fire extinguisher I just dropped off. They mix most paint on-site.

Yesterday (Friday) we had 5" of snow/sleet/frozen stuff.
I was going to pick up the car on Monday - another storm on Monday, 1-3" of snow change over to heavy rain.

So... I picked up the car today, and then dropped it off at the auto body shop.

I am very happy with the work the chassis shop did.. it came out great! I can't wait for it to be re-assembled.
I forgot the camera.. I will have the next shop take a few pictures before they start. Looks much better with the seats mounted in place, and everything done. I also had a window net added.

Urggggg....snow they have a chance of it for us Sunday night. It was 78 here yesterday, tomorrow 50 mph winds and sandstorm time. Nothing worse than snow and sand mixed together.

I am excited to her all back together, look forward to seeing the pics!
