Joe, I wish you had been able to come up and hang out for a few. What a great time with Clint, Hector, Ron, Don all walking around a room full of Horspower and fuel. I had a chance to see that new pully..wow oh wow.. that thing is going to just flat produce some flame throwing power.

I guess you might be ready next week? I guess you will need to come out to Bandimere and visit us when you come pick it up. Its the stick shift series next week so we will have to be out at the track pretty early in the morning and will be stuck there most of the day.

Could still be worse...if I drove a Victory Red Camaro, automatic, and lived in Wyoming.....that would be bad. Then I would of got the extra 26 hp LS3 and drove like hell till I hit the Colorado border.

lol very true...I did exactly that, got the LS3 and drove like hell over the border. Oddly just as I crossed, the Wind stopped, and the temp jumped 20 degrees...

I'm glad you see the fun in the manual vs auto and the color banter. It sometimes pisses some off. Pure fun with no disrespect for anyone

Nah bro.....I got a freakin' CAMARO!! You can't piss me off I wouldn't care if it was a 4 banger or 3 speed on the column...(ok maybe not that extreme). I've been wanting one all my life. If I was mechanically inclined at all....I would of got a '69 Camaro, but I'm not, so the new one was perfect for me. While alot of you guys, want to make your Camaro, bigger and badder.....I am a stock kind of guy. Just want to cherish it, cruise it, and enjoy it with my family. Look forward to meeting you guys at one of the future events!

Ok the bmr trailing arms and toe links make a huge difference. Got my 60 ft times down to a 2.113 but they stopped the wheel hop issue and now it will just be a matter of learning the clutch and what rpm to launch at. Harry took everything I threw at him so I will just need to keep increasing my rpm's at launch until I find the magic number.

is that 2.113 on street tires? we manged to run 1.9X on stock tires/stock sus/ only mods were headers/cai/tune, everything else is stock. so on your car with DRs you can def do better than that! what RPM were you launching at? what tires and what was the tire pressure set at? also slipping the clutch will help on your 60ft.

GL cant wait to get my car back, I want to hit 10s N/a this season

Your going to have to teach us all how to get that 60 ft time down. We are obviously doing something wrong....how much for private lessons?
