Regarding buffing out the minor scuff marks, I suggest contacting Prevette's in Urbandale. They are very helpful and have excellent products.

Hi all Iowa members, thought I would post just to let you know that I'm still around. I retired in October 2012, and haven't been doing much since. I'm really looking forward to this Spring and Summer, to make it to many more events and meet up with the "new" owners. I keep track of you all almost every day, and enjoy the many posts.....Hope to see you all soon.

One event that is coming up soon, the Kansas City Camaro club has invited any camaro owner from Iowa to meet for a show and eat, at "Camaro's dinner" in Bethany, Missouri, on Saturday April 27th at 11:00AM. If there are any interested owners, let me know and I'll get more information on when and where we could meet up for the 1 1/2 hour trip from Des Moines. We would need to leave by 9:30AM to meet at 11:00AM.

Just got some mail from them today for this years car show. It will be on May 19 from 1000 to 1600. If you register before (I think) May 14th its $10 and if you wait till day of then its $15. All proceeds go straight to the Camp.

Haha, I've been around just touring the country.

Tim, that was at albuquerque dragway, DA was reeeeallllll close to 7100.

Was being easy on it because of the notoriously weak trans these things have, and of course afterwards everyone let me know it was perfectly fine to do a burnout. If I can get that closer to a 2.0 on the crappy RSA's should be real close to a 12 second slip. Got a few more goodies piling up and an appointment at speed inc on april 26th for a basic tune.

As much as I put miles on a vehicle I hate to upgrade the tires before I need to, it'll happen soon enough anyway.

Gonna try to hit up Adam's for some nifty leather cleaners this week, this sun has been hell on the interior.

Alright, I am about ready to do it! I'm about to bring the camaro off the blocks and bring it into renyarts to have the LTH put on. Didn't want to bring out till April, but I am going N****** Futs over here.
