I think I did it right. I did my first HIIT workout on the spin bike. I made it through 3 30:90 cycles before I had to do a cool down and only made 3 minutes of that cool down. It was a big mistake putting that thing downstairs, my legs are rubber and my cycling shoes felt like they weighed 50 lbs. I'll HIIT it again on Friday.

dznts, what was your routine today?

I got HIIT today on elliptical, following this
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/ulti...g-program.html
I'm on phase 2
30 seconds: High-Intensity Exercise
60 seconds: Rest or Low-Intensity Exercise
Repeat another 10 times, followed by a final 30-second high-intensity blast.
Total time: 17 minutes

Got deadlifts tomorrow, currently doing 5/3/1 for my weight routine

Worked on my weaknesses a little today! 3 sets of 10 pistols and 10 toes to bar, 6 sets of two position cleans and then 3 miles with the hubby instead of the prescribed rowing since the weather was gorgeous this evening!

Run 400m x 3
100m sprints/walk back x 10

Definitely need an afternoon nap today!

booked my nine day cruise 2 nights ago! I have May 25 - Jun 2 on a boat and playing in the Bahamas! I will be hitting the work-outs again! Started the strict clean eating thing yesterday and starting a round of insanity tonight! Time to shed these few lbs I picked up from winter and stress eating!!!

I don't want to be all covered up walking the white beaches

This was a max lift....her form went in the toilet and she hitched it up...but still a pile of weight for a 40 year old, 135lb woman who has only been training a year and a half.
