You wouldn't believe the hell I caught from the guys back in the day- I ordered 2 systems at the same time, $1500 shipped with premium tips...
"$750 for an Exhaust System?" I was like yeah, and $32K per car, so the ratio isn't that far off, now is it? Not to mention, I still have the cars, the Corsas, and they've either sold their cars, or swapped to a different exhaust or five.

yea most Corsa systems are over a grand now. They will get a bit raspy with LT's and no cats but I'm on stock power for now so no prob there. Only other system I'd concider is a GMMG

Yep, they sure haven't gotten any cheaper. Interesting fact is, a local friend has the same setup as mine, Kooks LTs/Corsa,only difference being his has high flow cats and mine off road Y... His sounds almost identical to mine, and overall, nearly as loud at WOT. Never would have believed it if I hadn't heard it for myself.

Cake- 15 minutes, tops. Suggest you buy new endlinks and poly bushings if you're contemplating the swap. Older hardware may be rusted, and break.

Not sure if I ever posted my 4th gen in this thread...maybe I did...but anyway, just in case I didn't...
My car was born on April 11, 2002, at approx. 2:20 pm ET. I had my SLP serialized number of 6906 by that day as well. All is good waiting to see my car in a short while. On April 23rd, 2002, a delivery attempt by Fed Ex was made to my home, but I was at work. Apparently there was a package for me from Ste. Therese. What? This must be the extra parts they had left over, I mused to myself. They stopped off the next day, and luckily I was home, and when I opened the large Tyvek envelope, I could hardly contain myself.......inside was two pictures of MY CAR flanked by several employees at Ste. Therese assembly plant, holding up a poster and included was a huge card signed by many members of the Ste. Therese assembly plant. Plus a personal letter from Mr. Mike Arcomone, the then-current plant manager. He said that they would run a small piece about it with a photo for the final plant newspaper, to which I would recieve a copy. Wow!! Mr. Arcamone left Ste. Therese shortly afterwards to take the plant manager position at GM Powertrain Livonia, Michigan. The poster the team is holding in the pictures says "Michael Rothe, this one's for you! Drive it safely with pride! - The Ste Therese Team" When the car was delivered, the poster was rolled up in the back of the car! My dad, who retired from Corvette after 30 years with GM, said that in all his years he's never seen anything like this done for a customer. VERY cool. Something I will cherish always. ![]() Below showing the last page of the final Ste. Therese plant newspaper. My car has the distinction of being the last F-body to ever be photographed for the plant newspaper at the Camaro/Firebird assembly plant. ![]() I was there when it rolled off the truck at the dealer too! ![]() More recent pics of the SS. And the last pic....I'd be remiss not to include the wife's nearly matching Z28:

This is the latest Camaro Performers magazine project car called Black Betty. It's a 2001 Z28. So far we have all Global West suspension, QA1 shocks, New Gen wheels, Wilwood brakes, K&N filter, and Stainless Works chambered exhaust. We have a lot more coming up, too. The car is awesome on an autocross and road course.
We'll be working on the SS rear spoiler and hood in the coming weeks to match this rendering. We'll also add the subtle stripe as soon as we can. Nick
