I'm not sure if this has already been asked or not. . .shoot me if it has but I read that the $50 drivers fee includes 3 meals. . . will these meals be available to the spectators we bring with us and for how much?

Spectator fee is $10. I believe the meals are provided to the spectators if they are accompanying members of Camaro5. 1320 Junkie, CamaroSpike23 or GTAHVIT can better answer specific questions. Look forward to seeing you!!

Have dead presidents at the fest in order to enter the raffle. Or we may just set up a ticketing system before then. We have the product but tons of details on other Fest items needs to be tackled before we get to the raffle items. The only one that is acitve for raffle right now is the expense paid trip

Small changes have been made due to sheer numbers that are going as we were up in the air on feeding Spectators for free. But after we did the numbers $50 drivers fee covers their meals and not the spectators. We couldnt figure out a way to give someone 3 meals for the $10 spectator fee. The correct info is in the info thread. The concession stand etc will be open. Those who pay the drivers fee will get a ticket for meals everyone else will have to pay for theirs.

thanks Junk. beat me to it. If I was someone else attending, even if I was just a spectator, I'd pay the $50.00 for the food. cus it normally costs me more than $50.00 for 3 meals. (I get hungry) lol

Some may sign up as "driver" to get the meals included even though they don't intend to actually drive if there are only the two options......just a thought!
We already have a system and contract set in place for a certain number pre-paid with catering etc. The spectators can just pay their $10 to us at the gate and the other funds can be paid directly to the caterers. Same food, they are just giving the money that they would pay to someone else.
