This was after taking the blower off once. I have to tighten that belt, put the CAI back on, hook up the IAT wires and find a retainer clip. lol

We just fried out a BAP on the 4th pull about a week ago and i am running a ZL1 Fuel pump and still not enough gas. Switching to a Kenne Bell 40v BAP should cure the problem~
Good luck to you~

Brakes are messed up from sitting somehow.

I don't know what happened because I haven't discovered the problem but I have about 5% stopping power and the pedal stops half way down as if there was something on the floorboard underneath it not letting it go any further.

Started this topic to ask for ideas.

Well They got stronger in drive and I can drive the car but in reverse it's not really much better.

I removed both front calipers and retracted the pads/pistons with a C-clamp. The calipers are working like normal. As I got more of the year+ worth of rust off they seems to begin to clamp better BUT...........................

Having measured our Jeep and Vette here are the results..........

Our Jeep (3.7L V6) is running 13.5 inches vacuum.
Our Vette (LS2) is running 16 inches vacuum.

My car is running 8 inches vacuum.

So while it has gotten better as far as stopping power it's still not where it needs to be.

I measured mine on my boost gauge (always knew that but didn't want to depend on that reading, turns out it is spot on) and at the supercharger vacuum port.

There have been much bigger cams installed and not much talk of vacuum pumps. What gives here?

Keep in mind the intake pressure is showing this reading on the rear of the manifold and at the vacuum stem.

You're confident there aren't any leaks at the intake gaskets, or anywhere else on the blower? No plugs left out or nipples open to atmosphere? If you're getting that reading at the supercharger, then it's a leak or internal issue.... timing ok?
