This is what THR22 must adhere to:
10.00 to 13.99 ET; all E.T. supercharged, turbocharged, or nitrous-equipped cars without a full OEM or .024-inch steel firewall: Jacket meeting SFI Spec 3.2A/5 and gloves meeting SFI Spec 3.3/1 mandatory.

Pretty standard stuff.

Once the other tires are on, the suspension is tuned and the boost curve is tuned it will put considerably more to the ground. Obviously no where near as well as a prepped track but a whole lot better than present.

Chris, with just the blower, you can get away with an SFI rating of 1, which is what you wore last year, or roughly equivalent to the flight bag you wore or that the pilots wore... I guess you were probably in a wet/dry suit... but the higher the SFI rating, the better off you are... I would recommend an SFI rating of at least 5.

If you get a SFI 1, then wear some insulating stuff under it... preferrably fire retardent insulating stuff...long sleeve sweatshirt or preferrably long sleeved nomex undergarments...

If, the worst were to happen, while the suit may protect you from direct skin flame contact, it will not do much for the steam burns that occur... Firefighters coats/pants are made up of three layers... The flame resistant outer shell, the insulating layer, and the inner vapor barrier...

No problem R. But C will probably want a SFI3.2A/5 or better.

What brand and type of tire? M/T ET DR2 345/18 There are cars that run 7's with 275s.

I have Nitto Invo's in 345's and still don't have any traction in first and second even when I ease up to full throttle. And I don't even have half the power you do!

Drop the pressure, put heat in them and they come alive.

Nah, wheels wouldn't have bothered me... they're Kyles now...
