Okay I just realized something.

Because Ohio is stupid, we have a front plate.

Florida doesn't require front plates. And I'm pretty sure the bracket is drilled into the bumper.

So either I'm going to have to drive around with an empty front plate bracket, or I remove it and have two holes in my bumper.

Doesn't have to be empty. You can get any kind of custom front plate.
