Lol 700 rwhp isn't competive in Ohio? Damn well good luck. I do just fine on the highways in dallas with 700's rwhp through a auto and heartbeat. I beat a lot, lose a little. Always someone faster isn't that why we never stop tweaking?

Idk how humid/hot it gets in Ohio but i know out here in cali during the summer it can reach over 100 degrees. Highly unlike that i would take my camaro out in that kinda weather as i have other cars but when my buddy decided to take his tvs2300 out lets just say you could see the heat billowing out from his hood vents. Im all about protecting my investment. Hence the heartbeat and alky meth. Plus i can do pull after pull with no issues or worry.

Did you get your dyno numbers?

If your goal is 700 and that is it. I agree 100% with H-E . A car pushing 700 ftlb throughout the entirety of its rpm range is going to have advantage over one that is peaking the same power level at 5 to 6k.

If you want more power then you should go centrifugal or tt. Myself if I was going big would love to go with an agp setup. With turbos and centris you can pretty easily go as big as your engine and drive train can handle, where as it's easier to run out of a pd blower capacity.

But like said before 700rwhp is 700rwhp regardless if it's TT, centri, or a pd. At that point the advantage goes to the car with the broadest torque curve.

Turbos setup properly have HUGE torque curves, and most of the time out torque PD blowers. Seen several setups AGP put out do 700rwhp with 780+rwtq.

Centri or TT. If Centri a decent sized one. People rarely want whatever there initial power goal is especially if roll racing. One way or another you will want more power either the car becomes less exciting, you lose to often, or, heaven forbid, you blow it up. When that time comes it will cost more to buy a bigger blower so just go with a nice sized one right off the bat. Going TT is great because when that time comes you can just up the boost. Also it allows for different power levels on the fly which is nice. Also if you're roll racing you can "brake boost" with turbos and on the hit make more power and torque than any other form of forced induction (except nitrous...argument for another day). Honestly after the AGP kit came out I don't even know how every FI thread isn't a "hey look at my new AGP kit" thread.

Am I gonna beat 800 hp evo 8? TT auto viper? 429 CI fox body with 400 shot? Turbo lq9 fox body? 100 shot c6z06?

You yourself said you're stopping at 700. Sounds like you've already lost no matter what your setup. I've still got to go to a bigger block, upgrade the trans, etc. don't be afraid of the big fish, let them be afraid of you getting bigger!!!!

I'd love to run that evo actually. The rest you never said any numbers, so they don't mean anything.

The short story to all of this is your budget. Going to 700 rwhp isn't too hard on our stock blocks. Going to 800-900 requires beefier and usually bigger blocks.
