Total weight at this time is 3731 pounds 4.6 ounces. Oh boy! was in hopes it would be closer to 3700. Back to the drawing board...

I saw some nice race seats for sale by summit1LE, those will put u in the 3600s easy. My race seat set up was over 50lbs less and those painted brackets are heavy. I am gona cut em up after my next track day probably gona loose 10-15lbs.

Sun wisors, not sure how much you use them those are 5lbs or so. You can put a small decal on windshield across top for sun block.

Also, x25 had some amazing Apex wheels, very cheap and 8lbs lighter than stock a pc, 19"s. $1400 for set. Tires would be less too and lowering springs from bmr are $220 also less metal. So you could loose a lot right there. I also took hood liner off in front and trunk liner on rear of lid.

Are you measuring full tank of gas or not?

With 1/8 tank of gas.

I removed the hood and trunk liner already. Glad I did as really just dirt traps any way. In winter time I'll remove the fire wall insulation I think that's 3 lbs. my recaros I have now will be last to go because I love them.. Lol.

Going to do a light weight rear seat blank to give a little closure to trunk area now as I love to hear the exhaust but I can hear every little pebble that tings the undercarriage.

I'm defintly going to drop down to a light weight 19" wheel set up and lighter brake rotors down the road. Next investment is the cats to a lighter high flow set up off of my BBK headers.

Just took out my Recaro seats and man are they heavy! Took them out so I can get the fiberglass frame out that I made. Making a one piece back seat delete cover. Will look factory when done. Pictures soon just trying to get the fiberglass frame real stable. I took it out this morning but it's still to flimsy so back in the car it went. Going to add temp bracing fiberglass supports now so I can take it out and it stays true to form. Once I get the actual cover made I will cut away most of what I just built.

It will come off of the area on the top of the back arm rest area and have a nice concave flow outwards to the front of the car. Slight bubble effect!

Fits like a glove but I need to stable up so its true to form when I take it out of the car so I can move to next stage. Enjoy guys! Heading back to it to build temp stabilizers on the frame.

I just took it out of the car again after building it up to stabilize the frame work. Now I can do everything outside the car. Just finished putting my front seats and center console back in. I hope to get this project done soon.

Ask and you shall receive. Saw this monstrosity cruising up Veterans parkway a while back when I was coming back from work. *don't mind the car on its side*

Our cars were scaled in at the CAM Challenge in Peru IN about a week ago. Miss Piggy weighed in at a svelte 3,725 pounds. I watched a couple S550 Mustangs scale in at 3713 and 3761. Kind of surprised me they were that heavy. S197's were high 3500 to low 3600
