That is a buddy of mine, who is local to me you are talking about. Let’s see. For now, going to roll with it like this.

Update for everybody. So as we kinda of had an idea, we did have to add a second WG to eliminate the boost creep issues we found. I can say this much, the system really seems to be efficient but we will see. The second WG has been added, and while I’m at it, I decided to go on ahead and convert my existing custom aux fuel system to a return style. I’m going to Pair my AEM 400 pump with an AEM Regulator which match’s flow output of the pump itself. That should help the current 1000cc injectors in the car go a bit further, and also allow us to turn it up some more.

How far do you plan on pushing the stock bottom end? They seem to take quite a beating... Good luck. I should be on the dyno this week myself with the new setup.

Little update. So I converted my existing fuel system into a return style system. I added a return line, adjustable regulator, and a check valve. I didn’t not change anything else that was previously there or how it feeds. This should def help out in more ways than 1. Let’s see how it goes.

I hope that works out for you. It's definitely the first time I've seen a return style aux running off a pusher pump. I wish you the best, but I always thought it was the pusher pump/ZL1 that couldnt keep up with the demand of the puller pump (aux). If thats true, then you may have the same problem. You should be good to 800-850whp thought on a setup like that. Maybe more, since your turbo and dont eat up fuel spinning the blower. Good luck.

Good work. I’m just about done with mine too.

You’re seriously tainting my decisions against a hood dump. I could get away with a fender dump, but out the top is a stretch. Haha

1000cc injectors were not enough. So I just sent it and got Bosch 210s which should be here this week. Fuel System seems to be keeping up fine for now let’s see. We found that limit at 14.5psi at 6k RPM still have another 1400RPM in it. We turned it down to 11.5PSI for now. And it makes 812 at 11.5PSI.

That’s what I did this past weekend. ARP Head Studs and LS9 Gaskets.

Small update, this past weekend I took the car apart, put some ARP Head Studs, LS9 Gaskets, and I also ordered some Bosch 210s to replace the 1000s that were in the car and maxing them out at 14.5PSI. Stay tuned. Hopefully this weekend will allow us to go on the rollers. And then it up!

Is that with the return style fueling as well ?

We made more than that lol. That’s where we left it at. Ran out of fuel at 14.5 Psi at 6k RPM so we backed it down. This was with the return and regulator. Simply not enough injector.

Are you still spraying on this set up? Or just turbo now?
