I am glad I have the optional polished wheels on my 2012 (#842) now. Didn't have a choice on mine since My two original orders were for black. Seems like now you'll see the black wheels on all high end model Camaro's. The first two dealers lied to me about having a firm allotment so I ended up with the polished. The 14 I LE looks awesome with the new ass end look. I think lot of us will see it (in person) and may change their opinion. I would buy one in a heartbeat if I could't afford a Z. I'm glad there's some changes. Gives the Camaro's some sort of separation in looks from year to year. Really surprised with there performance numbers though. Scary close to the Z. Like to see one in black, though I am a little partial..LOL

What I love about the Camaro taillights, driving at nite I can tell a mile ahead that's a Camaro up in front of me. Very recognizable and always makes me smile. I like that feeling. Same with the vette and mustang lights.

I'm guessing if I cared that I could swap in the color hud a heck of a lot cheaper than converting the rear end of one of those to look like mine, to each his own

I set out to get a 2012 almost no matter what, so I'm happy with mine

I like it. I like mine. I'd have no problem with that new rear end styling.

WTF GM. Luckily I already purchased a 2013 ZL. I would never buy that ugly ended ZL1. It would have been a GT500 without hesitation. Gawd. Check out the pick of the new ZL1 behind the new 1LE. I thought I liked the front on the new camaro, but in the pic the ZL1 looks like the man and the 1LE is a dainty lady! They had it right and threw it away. If the new camaro movie has bumblebee as a 2014 1LE, he will look a little Femme.

When I saw the new rear end this is what I thou

The "refresh" just looks like SO MANY other rectangular rear lights. It went from uniquely Camaro to generic taillight. Sorry GM people, but that's my honest opinion. I'll have a '13 and upgrade to the recaros.

Did I read that the "update" won't go into production on ZL1s until mid-cycle?

MJOLLNR really REALLY is awesome, btw. Afterburners rock.[/QUOTE]

They do look better in person, I will say that. Do I like how they look? not really (I'll be keeping my '12) but I think they'll grow on me. Look at it this way, if the refresh tail lights came out in '10 and the 10-12 tail lights were the refresh I think we'd still wouldn't like them at first.

99.9% Sure of that, but I do enjoy being able to spot a Camaro even in the dead of nite just by our taillights. Just had a State Trooper coming up fast behind me, no radar, but I just got that "feeling" and slowed right down to the speed limit. He slowed down as well and watched me for a few minutes and then he was off and running.
