Its a bit far but Starkweather in Nor Cal does a great job on these cars. Josh has a ZL1 but with a LSX and twin turbo's. He sends the LSA version out the door all the time with 700+ at the wheels on crappy 91 pump gas. He has a fantastic rep in this area and works with ADM on packages, and is also very straight up and nice guy to boot. There are quite a few of his ZL1 builds roaming around the state, and never once have I heard of any issues at all.
