I am the Inventory Manager for the Blue Cross office here in my town....I spend about 10% of my day trying to to motivate my rep's to work....the other 90% of my day trying to convince my boss I actually know how to motivate my rep's to work....

I sit in on a lot of management meetings....Meetings....the corporate approved way to waste time!

I currently have 3 jobs. Well 1 full time job 1 part time job and 1 really part time job.
Full time job is a mechanic, real part time job is working for a pressure washing company cleaning anything possible. And the 3rd job is making window moldings for my friends dad's company, but since the housing industry has slowed down so has that job. Basically all I do is work, I put in lots of 18+ hour days.

We manufacture rollers for marine applications.

If you think people aren't buying cars, you should see how they aren't buying boats or supplies.

I may take a voluntary pay cut, and will most likely go back to manual labor in the shop as we lay off more and more people. It's been stated I may get layed off too.

So buy some Made in USA boat rollers, so I can buy a new Camaro SS, or maybe just survive, please.

Combines center roller and end bells for the best guidance and boat protection. Made from polyurethane, it is shock absorbing, will not mark your boat and will outlast ordinary rubber many times over. Complete set includes bow roller, end bells, bolts, nut, and washers.

This is why I'm bored most of the time with all the downtime. Watching Naruto and Bleach to catch up while on gmail chat atm.
