I'm not cheap by any means. I like nice s:(t and i'll pay extra for nice s&!t. The fact that anyone pays so much for headers blows my mind. These Speed Engineerng headers cost $350 shipped to my door with new GM gaskets, O2 extensions, and off road connection pipes. I'll gladly compare the quality to any other header, 2x, 3x, 4x the price. I dare you to find anyone who actually owns these headers to give negative feedback. Speed Engneering for the win.

Header to cylinder head is 25in lbs iirc. Snug them up until they "feel" good. Check them again after a couple of days and then weeks. Re-tighten as needed, if any and that's it.

Has there been like any dyno comparison compared to other brands anywhere?
I've searched and can't seem to find a video or any kind of post anywhere |

great set of headers for the price, I plan on keeping my car for another 2 years and letting them go with it, I couldn't justify spending a grand on headers, no way, I spent the difference on other go faster parts.

Not sure if there will be much of a difference, maybe a hp or two but I think it's mostly materials/build quality/the name that make the difference.

Any difference in dyno numbers will be negligible best. Anyone that thinks paying twice as much or more for a set of headers that may give another 2-5 hp is a fool and I have some beach side property in Nevada I'll sell you for a hell of a deal. Most of the time if a deal seems too good to be true, it usually is. Every so often, a good product comes along @ a great price and everyone under the sun discounts or discredits it because they spent waaay more on a higher priced product and assume, un-rightfully so, that theirs is somehow superior in every way because of name brand and price. Sure, they're made in Asia somewhere. So are SP headers, yet nobody seems to have a problem paying $600+ for them. So, the point is, these headers are cheap.........not in quality, but in price alone. Anyone who is looking to do I/E/T should definitely have these on their list of go get parts. Think of it this way, the money saved is the price of a good bump stick or tuner.
