Well, because it's wrong, just plain wrong that's why. Now go to your room and don't come out until you say you're sorry....

To all those telling people what to do to "fit in" to your "ideas"; next time you see a motorcycle bar stop in and announce "if you added a windshield to your Harley you are a *****" see how that works out for you.

You missed the point of my comment. Let me help you out, making changes to stock vehicles to suit our INDIVIDUAL needs is why there is an aftermarket with choices of what you or someone else may want.

That said, If the vent visor works, buy it. I just don't understand how it could work with a frameless window that has a auto up/down to open/close the door. I knew this when I bought the car and bought it anyway.

To all those getting flamed; if you want to put them or any mod onto your car do it. We are Americans that are allowed to make choices of personal taste.

It's fun to read the flames and the silly ideas on the forums, please don't stop, that is why we have Soldiers fighting for your right to free speach. The choice of when to exercise that right is appearently much easier on the web when your teeth can remain attached in your mouth.
Ya know, some really are ruthless. I asked a rather simple question and got a bunch a crappy responses...other than yours and a few others. Thanks for the support. I actually didn't consider the way the window doesn't have a frame thus no way to mount a visor anyway. Tried the towel idea today in the pouring rain!

Again, thanks for the support. What we choose to do with our Camaros is our choice.

Don't sweat it brother. This was relatively mild compared to the post's where people asked about mounting a bike rack on the Camaro. You would have thought they were asking about putting a blue oval on their Camaro.

I'm not sure if they make one for the Camaro, but weathertech's vent visors should work. The go inside the window track, not outside the frame so I don't think that there would be a problem. Thats what I have on my Grand Am and I'm glad I got them.

That said, I don't think they'd look good on the Camaro. My car is black and you don't really notice them.

Plus I think it's dumb to abuse your interior and make it smell like crap with smoking, but hey, your car, your health. I could care less.

The fact that the guy asked on a PUBLIC forum for them, is only asking for replies that go beyond a simple link to a web page. That's the joys of a message board... people can chime in on what they think. If you don't want people to comment, don't ask about whatever it is you're asking. It's not like we went overboard and off topic and trolled him. It's hideous plain and simple and our opinions are our own. He can choose to take them for what they are, or treat them as what they're worth.

For the record, these don't look TERRIBLE... but they do make me throw up in my mouth a little:

From the first link posted, if you choose "AVS Ventvisor Window Deflectors" you can pick Camaro as a model. Was $48.95 for the set.
Actually I think they look PERFECT on a Mustang.... Throw in a Black strapy bra and Cruise the town in style!

ROFLMAO Holly crap..... Am I the only one that noticed the TG in this pic is bassakwards?

Nope. There is no mirror in the world that will move letters.... Not even NASA has a mirror that will put the T by the Tire, and the G by the door panel.... A mirror flipped image flips the entire image, not parts.

The GT's were put on backwards.... The one you see goes on the other side of the car.

and upon closer inspection, that probably isn't the steering wheel on the wrong side, based on the shape of the dash.
