I flash my high beams if we are approaching (only during the day) and wave when we are going in the same direction. Not once has there been a return. Wondering if there are a lot of rentals driving around my area...

I have a black SS and I almost didn't even reply to this post...let alone wave.

All kidding aside, I'm happy when I see another camaro on the road whether it's a V6 or an SS. Color doesn't matter to me. Whenever I don't get a wave back, I say to myself, "I bet that douchebag isn't a Camaro5 member."

Ya me waves at others all the time. Sometimes I get a thumbs up sometimes I don't. I wave at Mustang owners and Challenger owners and it seems to me like Mustang owners seem a little extra lame. I followed an 06ish Mustang GT today for a bit. We happened to go through a roundabout and he was trying to do "something" and got a little loose and looked a little foolish. Anyway we both happened to be going to the same bank. I pulled next to him at the drive up teller and he just couldn't look over and do the head nod, say "hey nice car" or anything. In this case he probably felt too stupid. I happen to like the 05-09 Stangs quite a bit and I would have complimented him on his car but I digress. I just think mostly people are busy driving so prolly nothing to worry about.

But, what the hell, I'll play along......I have gotten more acknowledgement from Challenger drivers than any other vehicle. But then again, I have an RJT and someone on this forum stated that it's an old person's color. So maybe I'm just not seeing the waves due to my failing eyesight, my eating of prunes while I drive and the constant adjusting of my depends.

2. I have a black car and i try to wave/ thumbs up at every camaro i see, but it doesnt matter what color they have. Most of them are stuck up and dont wave back lol.

I wave at who ever waves at me. Camaro owners, Mustang owners and Challenger. When I wave at other Camaro owners though, I get about 50% return. It is sad, but if you know you are the one in the right frame of mind, then let Karma handle the ones that are not.

There should be class you have to take before taking possession of the Camaro, so that everyone driving them would understand the "Rules of the Family."

If they don't pass the class it means they just don't "get it"....they have to buy a different car (like a Cobalt) because they obviously just need transportation.

It's funny, I normally do not wave to people I do not know, reardless of if I am on my bike or in my Camaro, since joining the forums here and seeing how important it seems to be to some that they recieve a wave of aknowledgement I now find my self waiving at other Camaro's but don't it figure they don't wave back.
