Similar to the previous waves, targeted owners will receive a private stackable offer. For most models there are three offer levels ($500 / $1000 / $1500) depending on the vehicle purchased/leased and the owner’s “risk of defection”.

Exceptions include:

Chevrolet - Corvette is at $3,000 for all levels. Cruze remains at $500 for all levels. Equinox is now a tiered offer ($500/$1000/$1500).

Cadillac - Escalade models at $3,000 at all three levels, all other Cadillac models at $1,500.

GMC – No exceptions. Terrain is now a tiered offer ($500/$1000/$1500)

Buick - No exceptions. All models at three levels ($500/$1000/$1500)

Additional enhancements for Nov/Dec include:

For the Nov/Dec wave, we have added approximately 10 million additional Pontiac, Saturn and Hummer VINs to the manifest. These additional VINs are in our databases; however, we don’t know the owner because the original owner has disposed of the vehicle. For these additional VINs, you will need to perform a manifest search by VIN to verify vehicle eligibility and obtain the appropriate offer amount and certificate number. In order for the customer to be eligible, he/she must show proof of current ownership (current registration) and proof must be kept in the deal jacket. Virtually all Saturn and Hummer owners and Pontiac owners 1995-2010 MY are now eligible for the private offer. Fleet owners have been excluded.

Note, however, this is not an “open private” offer for Saturn, Hummer and Pontiac owners. The customer must either be on the manifest or show proof of ownership for the VIN on the manifest where customer information is not included.

A small group of select eligible owners will also receive 3 years of OnStar Directions and Connections with the purchase/lease of a new vehicle. Eligible customers will receive the additional OnStar offer in their direct mail/email communications. Additionally, eligibility can also be confirmed on the manifest. For these eligible customers, the 3 years of complimentary OnStar Directions and Connections will automatically be activated within 4-6 weeks of the delivery of the vehicle. No action is required by the dealership. If customers have questions, they should be directed to contact OnStar via the blue button.
