I could never leave you out!!! I figure you will hit I75 so really you could go 75 through MI or 71 through PA. From Google, your route is New Orleans --> Birmingham, AL --> Louisville, KY --> Cincinnati, OH.

Not that I'd want to plan your schedule, but I'd suggest overnighting somewhere north of Cincinnati (maybe Mason area) on Wednesday night then meeting up with us Thursday morning and making the trip with us. We are are going up I71 through Cleveland, OH; Erie, PA; Upstate NY and Niagra Falls. It should be a pretty large camarovan. Do you have a group of cars or just you? You want to be my Louisiana POC?

------------------------------------------------------------

I75 in Cinci is pretty much the hub of travel routes so once you make Cinci, its a crap shoot on which way you go. its only a tad further to go 71 through PA and you get to see Niagra Falls... (and avoid MI which is always a plus!!!) I will take a peek at everything, but most places south of the Ohio and east of the Mississippi go through Cinci, with the exception of the east coast and routes fging through Pittsburgh.

I will become more active on contacting everyone and seeing if they are interested in joining up any of the groups. I will also need a few points of contact for the groups...

I had a big caravan going to Valdosta. Its fun but takes a lot of organization. Its worth the time and frustration to see a line of 80 Camaros buzzing down the interstate!

Hey J,

I will be coming with the Route 2 Group. Lets figure where we will all meet up as it get closer off of I-75. Right now have registered all four of us but could be anywhere from 2-4 of us.

Ditto!!!! Was a part of the whole trip from Dayton down to Valdosta and well worth all the org and frustration that "J" went through . Very impressive line of C5s.

So what's the latest? Thursday night or Friday morning? Looks like I'm doing the Thursday night thing at this point- crossing the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls,NY (Buffalo) around 5 (5:30 latest). Who else is in on that gameplan?

Works for me. Just remove the "go to duty free in the meantime" thing because once you enter the DF parking lot you have three choices:

A) Pay toll and cross the bridge
B) Sit in that parking lot and wait for all the others
C) Blow out all your tires crossing back over the one way spikes at the DF entrance.

LOL... C I am hoping all the others we are waiting is... um... only you. So... if we go to DF on the US side. Is there enough parking for say 50 cars? I anticipate being at least that strong. If we go to the casino lot and wait, WTF are we going to do? Will they get mad at us at DF if we hang out in the parking lot for up to an hour? I assue that would be unnoticed in the casino parking lot. What do you suggest?

There is NOT enough room for 50 cars at DF- maybe 30. The casino hasn't cared yet that we meet in it's parking lot. When I get a chance later tonight I'll post pics of the options...
