I bought my car on camaro5! Plus a hurst shifter and SLP SS badge. So close to 30k with mods.

Other than the car payment......$1,000 insurance(6months), $500 auxillary guage pack, $115 tint, $475 subs and amp, $120 floor mats, $300 CAI: $2,510 total

....damn I never noticed how much money went to the camaro in the past 6months...Oh well there's still more mods coming and it makes me feel a little like this->

i started off my camaro adventure with a "serious" 25k budget. i pushed it a little further to spring for leather interior and the bluetooth and all that (2lt).

i thought i was done but like most of you, i just couldn't help myself down the road. i saved up (had a better job at this point) and threw about $1,000 at it for a magnaflow exhaust system to bring out the sound.

other than that, the black emblems cost like 75 bucks, and i got a K&N air filter too. modest compared to some of you but still plenty more than i planned on spending on day one

LOL.... That is TOO true!! It does turn out when I point something out to him and we don't get it right away you seem to all of a sudden have it?!? Coincidence? And to think I'm about to go out and buy a CAI and Whipple.

Hey it's all good. I have spent some on mods so far for my Camaro. Have had the car a month now and engine bay looks nothing like it did on delivery day. But in the grand scheme of cost it pails in comparison to the 90k i have spent on buying 2 new cars in the last 9 months. But hey, everyone has to have a hobby so if modding is it then so be it. Who cares if it doesn't add value to the next person. Neither do most home improvements these days but that didn't stop me from adding on a whole new lanai and all new sod either.
