CORVETTE SCOTTY STILL LOVES YOU!!!

Corvettes ARE CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP. I have a 2009 Cyber Gray Convertible going out tomorrow....and IT was CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP.

Thanks to my former employer and Kerbeck, Daniels, MacMulkin, Maxie Price and a few others, they are give away cars now. The low pricing between the above dealers is thrown around on the vette forums, and other dealers just try to blow them out and off the lots so they don't sit.

My buddy in Texas has 120+ vettes on his lot right now....most are 2009's though. But 2008's can still be easily had.

Just make sure you get a full 3/36 warranty. It's more than just a few months of free xm radio.

Not even a Z06? You definitely could have spent your money more wisely if you really wanted a Vette, but to each his own I guess.

It's true that in 2-3 years you'll see camaros all over, but until then, you've got the coolest new ride in town.

In stock form, the C6 Vette goes 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds, with an overall top speed of 186 mph. Factory 1/4 mile times are listed anywhere from 12.7 sec @ 112 mph to 13.0 sec @ 108 mph depending on location. The C6 also pulled a .95g on the skidpad, and 62-0 mph braking distance is 110 ft. Weighs 3192lbs
So here's My question what are we projecting the Camaro SS to do??? Preliminary numbers are 3918lbs 0-60 4.6 quarter 12.9, skidpad of .93 g so for the 800 lb difference I don't foresee the corvette blowing it away!

In my opinion, Vettes are a great ride, but they're out there. I want the Camaro because there will be only maybe 10 in town. I want something different. Besides, the Camaro is the "Little brother to the Vette." Both great rides. Enjoy yours!

That one is a demo. Was still available a couple days ago. That price was to members of the vette forum only. Its in California, if interested pm me for more info. I have no connections to the car or the dealership.

A new 08 Z06 will run you about 10k more at a minimum. Why am I even addressing this. Never mind.

Go to a corvette forum and ask them what a stock ls2 or ls3 vette run in the 1/4 mile trust me its gonna be faster then the book times. I love the new camaro too but not to the point where im blind to the fact the corvette is the much faster car this time around unlike when it was lt1/ls1 camaro vs lt1/ls1 vette and the camaro was right on the heels of the vette, when you race a c6 in your 5th gen camaro Arcangel your feelings will be hurt on how hard the vette pulls from you!!

And congrads on the car moog5050 i would have done the same thing, I took what could have been a down payment on a 5th gen and swapped an 10k mile ls2 with some goodies in my camaro. the 5thgen weight was the deal breaker for me to want a v8 and a stick shift drop top v6 5th gen is to long of a wait for me.

I was implying an 06 or 07 Z06. They're the same price as an 08 base. And that's a good question, why are you even addressing this?
