Well..the thing that i'm gonna love the most is...

In my Firebird...I've been locally labeled as a "Street Racer" by the local police department...even though I do not race on the streets. I've built my car up...so it sounds "too loud" to police. I was labeled this because i was in his car (86 Mustang...lol) when my friend got pulled over for reckless driving...It'll be nice driving around with cops not tailin me for a couple miles.

Oh and btw...this new North Carolina practice of people who are pulled for reckless driving are now usually havin thier cars confiscated and either modified into police cars or sold off in auction is gettin really annoying.

Well anyways..the first thing i'm gonna do when i get the car is...

Either talk crap to local tuners that threw on industrial size turbos on thier cars...and then leave them at the stoplight while they wait for thier turbo to start spoolin at 5500 rpm.

OR..

Do a burnout in front of the police department...

I hope to do the latter

The wonderful smells of plasticizers as the plastics continue to off gas. No really, that is the new car smell. The newness of it, the roar of the exhaust of a freshly installed system.

I think I will be driving the 45 miles home to show my Dad who is a die hard Chevy lover....letting him drive it on the country hiways around his house....

I also can't wait to pull up in at work and park right next to my boss's Mercedes....

Blasting Whiplash, Blackened, and Master of Puppets and hoping the sunglasses hide the tears as the emotions bleed through from reaping the fruits of busting my hump to get through school and finally drive what i dreamed of on those all-nighters studying...

Called the dealership today, they were called yesterday... was told it was coming in April.

What am I most looking forward to? Shoot...too many things to say. The first start up, driving it off the lot, taking it for a spin w/out any time constraints, adding my tint, building my JL subs box's and adding amps, taking my boys out for a ride (and my wifey too

Just too many things I look forward to....oh, and all the talking about the car with the curious onlookers. Too cool!
