Mustang guys have it worse, went on a trip today and drove about 180 miles, Saw at least 2 dozen Mustangs and one other 5th Gen Camaro and a couple 4 gens...

I may have missed a mention of Corvette win at the 2011 "24 Hours of LeMans" but wanted to get in a quick congratualtions to GM and the Corvette racing team.

For those who may not have watched on Speed channel and not know, there are 2 prototype classes (GM cars does not participate other than maybe the Chevrolet Coyote engine) and a GTE Pro and GTE Am (3 ZR1 Corvettes are in these GTE classes.
1 Corvette led in GTE Pro and another Corvette in 3rd behine a a 2nd place Ferrari until hour 17. The leading Magnusson Corvette totalled out in hour 17 during an ill advised almost 90 degree passing move (still not sure why the move was necessary). The 3rd place Corvette then stepped up and won the GTE Pro after that. The sole Corvette virtually led the entire race and won the GTE Am class.

Way to go guys!! Keep up the great work.
