The only one that claims to actually be functional rather than just for looks is the one from MTI Racing.

Any spoiler or change to the body lines of a vehicle is going to affect the flow of air... Yes, this spoiler will cause some downforce to the rear of the car.... Does it help in drag racing, no, by the time the car is traveling fast enough to feel the down force, the stock Camaro is beyond its ability to spin the tires... Will it effectthe traction on a road course or circle track, absolutely... Go look at the spoilers o the back of cup cars... I do not have any force numbers, but I would guess that at anything over 30-40 miles per hour there will be measurable force applied to the car.... The degree of force will probably exponentially increase with velocity... The trade off is increased wind resistance, drag and rolling friction, all of which will reduce mpg.

That having been said, I didn't buy the Camaro for MPG, though it is impressive so far... and I waited for this spoiler since the first time I saw it for the look.... Very authentic and retro looking to me....

I can't wait for mine to arrive, and according to Cary, I am first in line for the RJT spoiler from them... WooHoo...
