Great Scott all the area hotels are filled within 25 km.(checked on my expedia account)however plenty of camping at my place on 30000 sq feet of land!

Thanks.....we got a room at the Best Western in St. Jerome, closest we could find. That will teach me to book earlier next time!!

I checked with Gary & Cindy and George & Linda and they have other commitments and aren't able to come.

Poplar motel is very "basic" motel but is only 20 min from my place and 10 min from show as opposed to st Jerome which is too far away...45 -60 min from show and 60-75 min from my place
I've asked BW hotel to call me should they get a cancellation and will notify .

I've now also reserved for 25 peeps for breakfast at 10AM on Sunday sep 4 at "Goodies restaurant" if people could confirm asap as I will update with the restaurant manager!
We have 25 camaro parking spots (13/12) at McGill and Main ...a 1 min walk to restaurant
