hub hit 113 from the starting line down to the first turn.. in a automatic.. not sure time wise, but he doesnt make speed up in my 6.. he gets impressed everytime he runs my car.v maybe it was a bit further than a quarter... not sure but I can ask Stephen from MTI where the start is on that track on the straight. Now me on the other hand.. might take some practice launching!

But you raise a good point too..........weather conditions affect drag racing so much more than other race types. That's why I do a few runs and start comparing my times relative to stock v6s running out there.

NP.......and yes DA is KING in drag racing. WE were excited when we knew we were going to be running in the negative numbers......

I'd say I didn't do too bad for a rookie! The time trial (white sheet) was against a heavily modded (supercharged & more) V8. The yellow was against a unmodified V8. Okay the first one got loose & backed off a bit but I still won. (I am car 1175) Feedback I got on other threads where I posted these sheets seemed to think I did pretty well. With more practice, Who knows?????? We are planning a trip to a 1/4 mi track now. I am psyched!
