It's the same size engine, just throw in a super charger and a few small mods and there you go. I notice on this site that people are very obsessed and always ready to get rid of their cars in a heart beat. I personally love my ss, I take real good care of it and plan on enjoying it for a very long time. Just enjoy what you have! I personally don't care one bit for the zl1if I was rich I'd buy it as second joy car but never change my ss for it

One thing you won't get with a supercharged SS is a 100,000 mile/5 year factory waranty

Just my .02. And yes I've put more than 20K of "upgrades" into my 2010. I am relatively sure my car could beat a ZL1 on a road course with a professional driver like GM had at Nurberg. I know I could beat a ZL1 in a straight line. A ZL1 would be a nice garage queen and a nice resale at Barrett-Jackson in 50 years but I have no need for another car and my 2010 stays in the garage. I am extremely happy with my choice back in '09. I was deciding between a Shelby and an SS and a few $$ more. The SS won out in my heart and at the track many times since then.
