Say this to those people...

"Ask my kids what THEY would rather be picked up from school in. My Camaro or a minivan."

This chick probably comes to work wearing a diaper, and orthopedic shoes. I'm 47, married with kids and drive a 2011 2SS/Rs. Foward these messages to her and tell her to take her walker, go home and keep watching her reruns of "I Love Lucy" while the rest of us continue to be active a "live" youthful lives driving sexy ass camaros.

My 62 year old doctor has a harley and a Camaro. And he's still NOT old for it. You can't be too "old" for anything when it's your life, you can do what you'd like. Screw her.

Tell her to kiss off, these cars appeal to all ages. No midlife crisis or any of that crap. Most of us are muscle car enthusiasts our whole life. I'm so glad you can go buy a brand new Camaro that is so hot looking!! Not like the older ones that need work all the time. Not that there is anything wrong with that. I'm a Camaro owner since 18 years old, just got a new one at 48.

BEING AGE 30 is like being 21. (you are SUPER young.)

AND you should tell your co-worker the Average age of someone in a new Camaro is age 40. The real average age might actually be higher than that.

I was 28 when I got mine, I was told by a few (especially after I had sold my Vette) why don't you get something practical?

Something practical? I was 28 years old, living in a co-op by myself, had a girlfriend I had just started dating. WTF do I need practical for? I drive myself around, and I don't buy a car so I can be a chauffeur to my friends and family.

People are morons an don't understand when you don't conform to their idea of how life should work. Job at 20, married, minivan, kids by 30, house, etc, retired at 60, etc. According to most of them you should just give up anything you enjoy to have kids by a certain age.

Wow I am 46 married no kids and I just got my 2012 RS Summit White w/ RJT stripes. I think that it is one of the best looking cars on the road. I was told by several co-workers I was going through a mid-life crisis. I finally figured out the people say that they are usally in a place they do not want to be and they are jealous that someone can get or do what they want when they want to do it. What wasthe name on that sitcom Different Strokes. So us "older" people who buy things like a Camaro, we do not fit molds that other people want us to fit in to. I just adopted the Honey Badger Motto " Honey Badger don't care he's a crazy F**K "
