well i might drive it everyday but it wont be my "daily driver"...i will keep my 300zx or sell it for a beat up truck to have to take back and forth to work...the camaro will be for when i go places after work and the weekends...ill prolly put more miles on the camaro because i only work 4 miles away...so i only put 8 miles on the Z everyday...the camaro will be driving alot at first but then not so much after i play with it...the miles i add on the camaro will be when i go out whether it be to the store or to hang out somewhere and for trips down to the jersey shore but i dont wanna put too many miles on it cuz i intend to keep it forever...so when im 50 it will be like having a 69 camaro today! CLASSIC ...and besides, thats what my girlfriends car is for...putting miles on...hehe

hey she has the 4 door luxury car! so she can schouffer me around.....

Mine will get used every day other than winter I won't let MN road salt kill it.
I'll let the pickup deal with winter driving.
I only drive 1 mile to work so it's not like i'm going to rack a lot of miles up. heck in the summer I ride my RZR side by side ATV to work most days so my miles should stay nice and low.

Same boat here. Those summer tires are my only concern. Now lately we've really only gotten 2-3 snow storms a year with only 1 having any REAL accumulation so I may be ok. Or I may see if the dealer will do something to swap out the summer tires for all-seasons. I'll lose a little grip in the summer but be much better off in the winter.

Almost every day. I have a Silverado that I use for work some days, and I wil probably drive the truck on really crappy weather days. But I'm not buying the car to sit around either. I'm going to enjoy the heck out of driving this thing whenever I can!

It will be driven every day but until I'm done with physical therapy for my broken right ankle I might have to share it with the wife a bit more than I would like. The 3 days a week I go I'll be driving the Acadia that is my normal every day car now. The camaro is replacing her malibu. but it's ok she only drives about 2 miles to a nice big park and ride bus stop with plenty of spaces out in the back 40.

..As I said before....Cars can be replaced but you only live once. I don't care about miles and all that nonsense. I'm a car detailer so how my car is going to look in a year or two after driving it everyday. Its gonna look better than it did when I first got it just like all my other cars have looked. Plus I'm not a car collector anyhow. Now if car collecting is your thing then cool. But my baby will get to dance with every got damn element mother nature has to offer.

Thats my only concern too. Damn the summer grip. Its the winter grip that I'm concerned about.

Seven days a week, 365 days a year. Very rarely do I not drive at all during a day. The Camaro should make it even more rare of an occasion.

I can understand the guy that puts 50k miles per year not wanting to burn down his new Camaro in 2-3 years. I can understand the people in heavy snow country, especially where they use salt or sand not want to chip and rust their new cars throughout the winter. But this car is 3 decades away from being a classic and 12-15k miles per year is the joy of driving. At that rate you will still have a nice daily driver in 10 years. I already saved 1 car for 15 years, I'll just enjoy driving this one. As was already said "you only live once". Words to live by but to each their own.

Thumbs up

IF I do order one, it will be a garage queen and a collector car status.
Maybe once and a while in a car show.

I'll drive it like a granny for the first 1,000, at least, then HAMMER DOWN!

Its going to get parked for the winter, and I'll try to avoid rain...probably
