Congrats! That was my other choice but my wife wanted the sunroof again as the v6 had it.Only other 2012 M6 with the roof at the time in Ca and AZ was the red, so Here I am! Always a v8 guy and with short drive to work the mpg only about 2 less then the six in traffic didnt hurt that much. People just said nice and liked the upgrade. Even my liberal tree hugger friend at work said the same as mpg wasnt much worse then the v6!

Funny thing is a month later a freind at work traded his v6 Chally in for the Hemi!

Love that color. I would've got that except i got such a great deal on my black one. Maybe I'll upgrade my 2SS/RS to another 2SS/RS...lol. I'm definitely obsessed too...and my kids are too...we all are...lol. I love these cars!!!! I can just sit and look at it all day it seems....these cars seem to almost be alive...they look like they're going 150 just sitting there..or they at least look like they're begging you to climb in and push it there. I love how responsive my car is. I can feel the gas peddle just breathing under my foot waiting for me to flinch just a little to remind me of the power it has to offer if/when i need it. Go enjoy your obsession!!!

If the Berlin Blue comes out I may be tempted to trade up to an SS my self. But in all honesty my 2010 with its 46k miles still handles and drives great. I remember when she only had 5 miles on her lol... These cars are awesome in my opinion and I would love a ZL1 but a little pricey for my daily driver....

Thanks guys for the congratulatory comments lol! Question for the SS guys... The stock exhaust sounds like a ****** the first day i got it... Now after 2 days its starting to sound more aggressive ... Is this something i should expect to happen as time passes??

If your anything like me your obsessed with your car, and no one you know understands your obsession. So Whats the reaction you get from friends and family when you tell them your upgrading your perfectly new camaro.. to a v8 camaro?? especially when gas prices are going through the roof!!

I completely know what you mean. I bought a 2010 1LT Camaro with the RS package in Oct 2009, and I just upgraded to a 2012 2SS in January! I talk about my car like it's my new child always showing pictures and updates! Welcome to the club, and it is absolutely worth upgrading to the 2SS despite the insane gas prices.

Well, I can't say I haven't thought about upgrading to a 1SS from my LS. I think about it often, but what if they make a 5th gen Z28? If I do the SS trade, there'd be no way to turn around and do the same for the Z. So I am waiting patiently for the Z28, and if it doesn't come along, then I'll go for the SS. One way or another, It'll be a V8 next, just have to wait to see which one.
